RBM Refund/Exchange Policy

Ryan Beat Motorsports only ships within the 48 lower United States. All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship via UPS ground (3-5 business days). Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Ryan Beat Motorsports cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages

Ryan Beat Motorsports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact UPS to file a claim if you received your order damaged. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds/Exchanges

Ryan Beat Motorsports accepts returns only under the following conditions:

· The item must be returned to Ryan Beat Motorsports within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

· The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.

· All returns must be sent with a printed copy of your original invoice.

· All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping per package.

· Returns are not accepted based on “change of mind."

Once Ryan Beat Motorsports receives the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the item's value minus a 20% restocking fee. 

If the shipping address provided during the checkout process was incomplete or inaccurate, Ryan Beat Motorsports will not refund any customer unless the package is returned to Ryan Beat Motorsports. In the case of a missing package, we will offer a refund or send out a new package. This only applies to packages that were not delivered to you. 

If you request an exchange, we’ll exchange your item for an identical item of a different size and will charge you to re-ship the new item. To return/exchange an item, please print out your email invoice and mail it along with the item to us at:

Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will take care of the corrections that need to be made. If it’s a refund, we’ll credit your account minus the 20% restocking fee.
