Ryan Beat started Ryan Beat Motorsports (R/BM) in 2015 with his dad, a few friends, and a passion for racing. Ryan built a PRO-LITE truck and went full-time racing in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) using a U-Haul to get from track to track. In just his third start as an owner/driver, Ryan posted his first win at Wild Horse-Pass and would go on to win at Estero Beach and claim 10 top-10 finishes in 17 starts.
Since then, R/BM has grown to a multi-truck team and, in 2021, moved its headquarters to Denver, NC, to a new, state-of-the-art 15,000 sq. ft. facility. The R/BM team currently races in the Championship Off-Road Series with entries in the PRO2, PRO-LITE, and PRO-SPEC classes. R/BM is the largest team in the series and is the only factory-backed team with the Chevrolet bowtie dawning the grill of each truck. In 2021, Ryan worked with Chevrolet to develop the current PRO-SPEC truck and, in 2022, entered the class with up-and-coming driver Gray Leadbetter. Gray posted four wins on the season and brought home the championship, breaking many barriers as a 17-year-old female driver.
As a four-time champion himself, Ryan is committed to performance and attributes the growth and success of the team to a world-class sponsorship base. Companies like Bilstein, Pennzoil, Toyo, and Tremor Wheel, are showcased not just on the hood but under it as well. R/BM is proud to support its partners with on-track performance and best-in-class marketing services.
Built on hard work, determination, and a passion for racing, R/BM has built a winning reputation and is known as a leader in the off-road racing community. Stay tuned as the team expands its racing footprint into other series.
